Puzder argues that if Obamacare isn't revoked in the near future, then the program will loose all private insurance companies and will just be controlled by the government. The costs would be extremely high and low-income families would have a difficult time being able to afford it. Paul Ryan's Patient's Choice Act would repeal Obamacare and instead focus on universal healthcare that doesn't raise taxes, and puts the control in the doctors' and patients' hands.
The failure of Obamacare brings the fundamental American belief of self-government to light. Having a completely government run healthcare plan does not promote self government. Instead it takes the power and choice away from the American people, and creates high premium rates and taxes. Government run programs like Obamacare directly go against America's core belief of self-government.
Obamacare's Economic Assumptions Collapse is biased towards conservative view points. Of course one could argue that Obamacare is beneficial to American citizens and will be successful in the long haul. I would like to know do you think that Obamacare is effective, if yes why, and if not what would be the solution you think would help to make healthcare more successful.
