Nuala Brennan Debate Reflection

This presidential debate seemed like Clinton and Trump were mostly just taking jabs at each other and focusing on defending themselves, so the topics of crime and economy were the only ones that really got to be discussed.
Clinton did a really great job staying calm and keeping her cool despite some if the ridiculous things Trump said. She didn't allow him or his comments to affect her. She also was able to answer all the questions backing them up with facts so she was much more reliable that way. On the other hand, she was almost spitting out these facts like she was reading a script. In a way it's like she prepared too much. She did very well overall, I wish she had attacked trump a bit more because there were some instances where he was lying and should have been called out.
Trump spoke well, he was confident. This made him easier to listen/relate to for the viewers because he spoke more naturally. Although his voice itself was easy to hear, what he was saying was not. Trump repeatedly avoided questions, lied, interrupted, and was rude to both Clinton and the moderator. Additionally, Trump did not back u the questions that he actually did answer with facts or evidence.
Clinton was the clear winner because of her complete, factual answers and calm attitude, even if she didn't speak as naturally.
