1. No, I think Justice is something that has to be done legally. Although his daughter was brutally raped and terrorized by two white crazy men, nobody ever deserves to die. They should have rotten in jail and suffered an even worst life in prison. But by killing them only made it easier for them to get away with the crime and their family able to sue Carly Lee Haley.
2. His daughter is raped by two white men. He knew if they were alive and tried in court there would be a high possibility of them getting away with the crime. Especially in  a very racist state of Mississippi. This southern state is notorious for their racist culture and many criminals that were white committing crimes got away with them in court. Carly Lee Haley did not want this to happen.
3. He murdered the people for a reason. but under the eyes of the law he definitely should have been sentenced to prison for a number of years.
4. No they are not because Mississippi is known for discriminating in the court. Becker Evers is one case where a man was killed in front of his family and the killer was not apprehended until a long time after.
5. No child should have to endure such a things. But in the town and even in the USA lots of people would sympathize more if it was a white girl who was raped.

   Yes because the police come to his house right after he killed the two guys and arrested him. He was given a trial like any other person who committed a crime. Things in the south have changed but it is still very racist. Although the KKK is now a private organization unlike it was before it is still ubiquitous in the south .
